Alice in Wonderland Conflict Calendar

Your attendance at all rehearsals is crucial to the success of the show. In fairness to the work of all cast members, please complete the conflict calendar below to assist in our planning. Parents must check next to each date if their child will not be in attendance. Conflict dates will be considered excused absences if they do not exceed two. Any additional absences are considered unexcused. More than 3 (excused and unexcused) absences may result recasting, forfeit of participation in scenes, and/or mandatory make up sessions/attendance at on of the Triple Threat classes.

Please remember to check school, sports, science camps, and scouts' calendars before submitting this form. Please update the form if it becomes necessary.

(Based on your role and ages 9+, you may also be asked to attend up to 4 additional Saturday rehearsals. Please indicate Saturday availability.)
